The Maternal Health AI Platform is a comprehensive digital healthcare solution designed to:

- Facilitate telemedicine consultations with registered healthcare providers
- Enable remote monitoring of maternal health parameters
- Deliver health education through AR/VR technologies
- Connect users with nearby ANC centers and emergency services
- Support ASHA workers and healthcare professionals in Telangana
3. User Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
- Pregnant women or women planning pregnancy
- Registered healthcare providers with valid licenses
- Certified ASHA workers with government authorization
- Users must be residents of India, primarily Telangana state
- Minimum age of 16 years (with parental consent if under 18)
3.2 Registration Requirements
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Valid phone number for SMS verification
- Government-issued ID for identity verification
- Medical registration numbers for healthcare providers
4. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations
Important Medical Disclaimer
- Not a Substitute for Professional Medical Care: This platform is designed to supplement, not replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- AI Predictions: Risk assessments are probabilistic and should always be validated by qualified healthcare professionals.
- Emergency Situations: In case of medical emergencies, immediately contact 108 or visit the nearest hospital.
- Licensed Practitioners: Always consult with licensed medical practitioners for medical decisions.
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
- Provide truthful and accurate health information
- Update personal and medical details promptly
- Report any discrepancies in AI predictions or recommendations
5.2 Platform Usage
- Use the platform solely for legitimate healthcare purposes
- Respect privacy and confidentiality of other users
- Follow healthcare provider instructions and recommendations
- Attend scheduled appointments and follow-ups
5.3 Prohibited Activities
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Misrepresenting qualifications or medical credentials
- Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
6. Healthcare Provider Obligations
6.1 Professional Standards
- Maintain valid medical registration and licenses
- Adhere to Medical Council of India guidelines
- Provide care within scope of practice and expertise
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
6.2 Telemedicine Compliance
- Follow Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020
- Properly document all virtual consultations
- Refer patients for in-person care when necessary
- Ensure adequate malpractice insurance coverage
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Platform Ownership: All software, AI models, and platform technology remain property of SHC Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- User Data: Users retain ownership of their personal and health data
- Generated Content: AI-generated reports and recommendations are provided under license for healthcare use
- Third-Party Content: Respect copyrights of educational materials and resources
8. Payment Terms and Refunds
8.1 Free Services

- Emergency contact and location services

8.2 Paid Services

- Priority support and appointments
8.3 Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable if service is delivered
- Technical issues resulting in service failure: full refund within 7 days
- Subscription cancellations: pro-rated refunds for unused periods
9. Limitation of Liability
SHC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. disclaims liability for:

- Consequences of delayed or missed medical care
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
